First the bad news…
Here’s what anti-democratic forces are doing right now.
Reinforcing Ideas of Privilege
Manufacturing and highlighting messages which convey false ideals of being better or “more American” to divide the many for the benefit of the few.
Developing a system of echo-chamber messaging which both generates & reverberates its own content to instill fear-based loyalty.
Leveraging nefarious online media practices and insincere talking points to build a false sense of consensus among their targets.
Data Mining Personalities
Capturing personal and “private” data points at an individual level to discover emotional vulnerabilities and opportunities for isolation.
The good news is that we can change things.
We first just need to tackle some of the things that keep good people away from politics.
We Must Stand For Inclusive Political Principles
Without having honest conversations about core values and the policies that support them, voters are increasingly disappointed and too many are disillusioned.
We Cannot Work Strictly Inside a Party
Not only are we limited by structural and procedural issues, but political parties are machines that will change slowly over time. We work to engage low and moderate-turnout voters who are looking for visible impact immediately.
It's Not All About the Money
There are many instances where a party or candidate spent far more money in a race or on an initiative and were not successful. Yes money is important, but without changing how we do things, more money will not result in a better outcome.
We CAN Elect New Leaders
By using smart data analysis and individualized messaging we will disrupt local, state and national seats by reaching voters based on shared values and building relationships between the constituents, candidates, members, elected officials & advocates.
